<p>An arrangement in connection with a separator tank (2) for the separation of fluid containing two or more fluid components, for example oil and water, and particles, for example sand, comprising one or more inlets (3) for the supply of the unseparated fluid and one or more outlets for the separated components. The inlet (3) is arranged preferably centrically in the base of the tank (2) and has preferably a diffuser-like shape (6, 7, 8, 9); the outer parts of the diffuser outlet (6) extend upwards and outwards towards the side(s) of the tank. The fluid flow through the diffuser (6, 7, 8, 9) can expediently be designed to rotate.</p> |
