FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: latexes are prepared by water- emulsion copolymerization of butadiene with vinyl comonomers in alkali acid involving known initiation systems, said vinyl comonomers being combination of (met)acrylic acid esters of general formula CH2=CR1-COOR2, wherein R1 is hydrogen or methyl and R2 methyl, ethyl, butyl or propyloxy radical, with methacrylic acid amide in amounts, respectively, 1-10 and 0.5-5 wt parts per 100 wt parts of monomer mixture.
