FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminarily applying glucocorticosteroid therapy in everyday mode during 9-11 days. Then 3-5 plasmapheresis treatments are administered with 500-600 ml plasma taken at a time each fourth day. Extracorporal blood irradiation with helium-neon laser is carried out concurrently with plasmapheresis session through single-use blood transfusion system. Radiation power is 1.6 1,6x10-6 W. Power density is 12.8 mW/cm2. Exposure time is 40-45 min. External irradiation of the right and left liver lobe, spleen, thymus with helium-neon laser is carried out at the same time the plasmapheresis begins during 9-11 days. Power density is 12.8 mW/cm2. Radiation power is 1.6 1,6x10-6 W. External laser therapy is administered on the background of immunomodulator preparations being applied. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 2 tbl
