Layers (3a,3b) of limestone and sandstone mixture are formed in the mold tool and a reinforcing structure (2) is laid between at least two adjacent layers, and then the mixture is compacted to form a reinforced blank. Independent claims are also included for construction elements (1), preferably slabs or stones made from limestone-sandstone or similar material, containing an embedded reinforcing structure, installation pipes (e.g. steel pipes) or surface channels (e.g. installation channels).
