FIELD: medicine, particularly, methods of performance of surgical operations on various organs. SUBSTANCE: method consists in dissection of tissue by fluid jet under pressure. Pressure of fluid jet is set up to 25-100 MPa. Tissues are dissected through nozzle hole 50-95 mcm in diameter at a distance of 1-2 mm from tissue surface.
