FIELD: agriculture, particularly, amelioration; applicable in irrigation and drainage systems. SUBSTANCE: device has pipe length on which shutoff valve is installed. Shutoff valve consists of rigid structure carrying leverage with weight and float drive connected with rigid structure. Shutoff valve is provided with rubberized cloth and rigid plate with guide bows. Rubberized cloth in central part is attached to rigid plate and at two ends, to rigid structure. Central part of shutoff valve is propped by weight installed on leverage for motion to equalize and reduce float drive force. EFFECT: extended range of engineering means for regulation of water level in closed drainage system. 2 dwg
