The polarization state of the light can be altered by the first layer (1), and part at least of the light reflected back by the second layer (2). The first layer is in the form of a phase delay element, liquid crystal layer, circular polarizer or as depolarizer. The first layer is a plastic delay sheet which induces phase delay. The second layer reflects the light metallically and contains spherical or triple shaped structures (21.1,21.2) which are embedded in a bearing layer (25)and which on one side (23) are at least partly metallically mirrored. The two layers are held in a holder layer (3).
