The rotor (18), in sections at least, is enclosed by an outer component (26) which has at least one rotation stop (30) which interacts with a retaining section (28) which is fixed in relation to the nozzle housing (10). The rotor during its rotary operation is supported on the inner wall of the housing by the outer component. The stop stands away from the outer component in the direction of the housing's inner wall. The stop may have two protrusions spaced apart in the circumferential direction of the outer component and between which the retaining section extends during rotary operation.
