This invention, unlike the traditional way, when unfolding/wearing an umbrella and folding/wearing for carrying an umbrella, provides a frame that can serve as a secretary because it holds the umbrella on behalf of the umbrella user, eliminating the necessity of holding an umbrella with a hand to make two hands free and availabe at any time in all weather conditions by adhering and fastening both upper and lower parts (the stick portion and the handle portion) of the umbrella to the human chest part and waist part very firmly and at the same time, very rapidly, easily, and conveniently, and also by eliminating the uncomfortableness after wearing the umbrella, and therefore, hereinafter, it will be called simply as an "umbrella secretary". Looking into the overall structure of the umbrella secretary, it can be divided into 10 components as follows. That is, an upper component consisting of a chest band and both shoulder bands (Fig. 4); a lower component, that is, the umbrella secretary's waist band (Fig. 5); six connection/adhesion/fastening components between an upper and a lower components and between a chest band's frontal part and a shoulder band's frontal part of the upper component (Fig. 6); a component for fastening the upper part of an umbrella (Fig. 7); a component for fastening the lower part of an umbrella (Fig. 8). All ten components constitute the umbrella secretary as described above. And the steps for adhering and fastening the umbrella to the upper human body consist of following three steps. Step 1: step for attaching and fastening both of the upper and lower components of the umbrella secretary to the upper human body using the connection/adhesion/fastening component as shown in Fig.6 and the attaching part of the chest and waist bands. Step 2: step for attaching and fastening the component for fastening both the right/left position and the umbrella (Fig. 7, Fig. 8) to both of the upper and lower components of the umbrella secretary that was attached to the upper human body. Step 3: step for attaching and fastening the umbrella to the upper human body at last by fastening the umbrella to the above-described component for both the right/left position and the umbrella (Fig. 7, Fig. 8). |
