FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: blood (200 ml) is taken in patient, centrifuged at 1500 rev/min for 1 h and upper clear supernatant (plasma blood) is removed. The following antitumor chemopreparations are added to cellular precipitate part, mg/m2: cyclophosphane 650; vincristine 1.4 or vinblastine 6 and deticene 125; doxorubicin 25; bleomycin 10, incubated at 36.5-37 C for 30 min and administrated in patient by drops intravenously. Then the removed plasma is administrated by syringe. Procedure is repeated on 8-th day of treatment. Treatment involves 6 courses. Invention can be used for treatment of patients with lymphoproliferative diseases (lymphogranulo- -matosis, lymphosarcomas) using cytostatics. EFFECT: decreased toxicity of maximal therapeutic doses of chemopreparations, enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 2 ex
