PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform incoming call ringing of a master machine and a slave machine at almost the same time by transmitting a connection demand signal, including an incoming call command to the slave machine using a control means of the master machine as soon as the incoming call is established. SOLUTION: Receiving a call signal from an external trunk line 2, a CPU 10a of a master machine 3 enters incoming call confirmation operation for confirming whether or not this call signal is authentic. Also, at the same time, a CPU 10b of the master machine 3 enters confirmation of empty channels of a C channel and an S channel and transmission set operation such as set of a phased-locked loop(PLL) circuit of a radio circuit 16. When this transmission set operation is finished, the CPU 10b has the radio circuit 16 operate, transmits a TX carrier as a connection demand signal, and when it is confirmed that a calling signal from the trunk line 2 is authentic by the CPU 10a, the CPU 10b transmits the signal incorporating an incoming call command CM to this TX carrier.
