PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm system by which an alarm high in an importance degree can surely be reported most preferentially when the plural alarms exist and therefore, the reduction of a communication cost and flexible countermeasure to access from the others are attained. SOLUTION: Alarm data expressing alarm contents are successively held in the internal memory of building center control equipment 1 in accordance with the alarm occurrences of respective kinds of building equipment 4 being objects to be controlled, the procedure of line connection to a report destination is executed in accordance with the alarm occurrence and alarm data are re-arranged in order from the one high in an importance degree when the line connection is completed. Then, re-arranged alarm data are respectively transmitted stepwise.
