PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the smooth touch and the mechanical characteristics and upgrade the interlayer adhesive force with the elimination of glittering by specifying the interlayer adhesive strength of a biaxially oriented layer and a uniaxially oriented layer. SOLUTION: A resin for forming a basic layer is a biaxially oriented polypropylene resin and the degree of isotacticity of an isotactic polypropylene resin is 85% or higher. The polypropylene resin of an intermediate layer laminated on one of the faces of the basic layer is preferably to have 20-90 J/g amount of crystalline fusion heat in order to achieve 120 g/cm or more interlayer adhesive strength. Further the polypropylene resin of the intermediate layer is preferably to have a main endothermic peak following the crystalline fusion at 155-163 deg.C. The intermediate resin layer is preferably of such a type that the isotactic polypropylene resin with 60-80% mesopentad molar fraction is a main component. A uniaxially oriented polypropylene resin is laminated as a surface layer on the intermediate layer.
