PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set an operating lever at a noninterfering angle. SOLUTION: An operating lever 11 enclosable in a lever storage part 8 is rotatably fitted to a hexagon headed bolt 9 thread-fastened to a body housing 2, and a vertically slidable cam button 20 is enclosed in a cylindrical part 17 of a lever body 16. Four locking claws 15, 15,... are erectly provided at a journal part 13 of the operating lever 11, and cam claws 22, 22,... that can be engaged with the locking claws 15, 15,... are formed at the cam button 20. The cam button 20 has, at its inner periphery, a fit-in part 23 into which a head 10 is fittable, and a cap 21 is energized into a non-connecting position of abutting a stopper 19 of the cylindrical part 17, by a coil spring 24 provided between the head 10 and the cap 21.
