PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a heat radiation plate having a thin-walled part of a specified thickness and a case cover of a portable electronic equipment by providing an iron porous member in contact with a gas passage opened outside, pressure-filling a molten Al in a cavity, and discharging the gas and air outside through the porous member. SOLUTION: A releasing agent is applied to a cavity 5 for a heat radiation plate having a thin-walled part of less than 1 mm in thickness, a fixed die 2 and a movable die 3 are closed to pressure-fill a molten Al material 8 in a sleeve 7 from a gate 9 through a plunger tip 11. The gas and air in the cavity 5 for the heat radiation plate pass through a porous member 6 and are discharged outside from a gas passage 4, and the molten Al material 8 is filled to a tip of a heat radiation pin part 5'. A die cast die 1 is cooled to open the fixed die 2 and the movable die 3, and a die cast casting is pushed out by an ejector pin from a main die 3a. The Al die cast heat radiation plate is free from any burrs or defective pores, and excellent in quality.
