The gas and air in the cavity 5 for the heat radiation plate pass through a porous member 6 and are discharged outside from a gas passage 4, and the molten Al material 8 is filled to a tip of a heat radiation pin part 5'. A die cast die 1 is cooled to open the fixed die 2 and the movable die 3, and a die cast casting is pushed out by an ejector pin from a main die 3a. The Al die cast heat radiation plate is free from any burrs or defective pores, and excellent in quality.
