PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device and a manufacturing method of a bar of deformed section in which a uniform deformed section can be obtained in a longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a bar of deformed section, a plurality of rolls 5 are arranged around a rotor 6 with intervals L1 smaller than the length L2 of a die 1 of deformed section in the longitudinal direction, and when one roll 5 out of a plurality of rolls 5 completes the pressing of a bar 2, the bar 2 is pressed by at least one succeeding roll 5 of a plurality of rolls 5.
