PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm a puncture of one end of a blood drawing needle into vein before the communication of the other end of the blood collecting tube with a vacuum blood drawing needle and to prevent leakage of blood by locking a hydrophobic filter at a release end of a radial direction passage, annularly forming a longitudinal direction passage along an outer periphery of a needle tube and making the space distance into a prescribed dimension. SOLUTION: One end 1a of a needle tube 1 is formed to pierce a blood tube and the other end 1b is formed so as to be inserted into a vacuum blood drawing tube, and an intermediate part fixes a needle tube supporting body 2 with adhesive 3 in a sealing state on the side of the one end 1a. Within the needle tube supporting body 2, a longitudinal direction passage 4 opened to the side of the other end 1b along an outer periphery of the needle tube 1 and a radially direction passage 5 which extends from the inward end to the radial direction outward and is communicated with the outside are formed. The longitudinal direction passage 4 is annularly formed around the needle tube 1, and when the one end 1a is pierced into vein, the one end 1a passes the inside of the blood drawing needle and it is desirable that the radial direction width is 0.02 to 0.06 mm so that blood filled within a rubber elastic cap 8 may not pass. At an open end of the radial direction passage 5, a hydrophobit filter 6 is locked.
