PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mug cup capable of cold-insulating cold beer or the like poured inside the mug cup for a long time, strengthening a part to be touched with the mouth by making an inner side cup with stainless, being sanitary and more improving a cold insulation effect by a cold insulating material loaded between an outer side cup by making the inner side cup with the stainless. SOLUTION: For this mug cup, to the outer side cup 1 made of plastic with a handle, the inner side cup 2 made of stainless steel is fitted with a fixed gap between bottom parts and between side body parts. In this case, a bend part 6 is formed by bending the top part peripheral edge of the inner side cup 2 so as to form a cross section of an inverse U shape and an annular groove is provided on the top part peripheral edge part of the outer side cup 1 on the other hand. After loading a jelly-like cold insulating material 7 between the bottom part of the inner side cup 2 and the bottom part of the outer side cup 1, the lower end of the inversely U-shaped bend part 6 of the inner side cup 2 is force-fitted into the annular groove 5, deposited by high frequency heating and fixed.
