PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sleep while shielding eyes from glaring light by providing a fabric bag housing an auxiliary bag made small to be portable at one end of a blindfolding belt incorporating a light shielding belt through a joint belt and providing a belt string for pull-pressing the blindfolding belt to avoid slipping down at the other end. SOLUTION: The cotton fabric bag 4 housing the auxiliary bag 5 covered with a synthetic fiber cover and filled with buckwheat husks, which is made small to be portable, is sewed to one end of the cotton blindfolding belt 1 incorporating the light shielding belt 2 made of a blackout fabric obstructing light through the cotton joint belt 3. In addition, the cotton string 6 for pull-pressing the blindfolding belt 1 to avoid slipping down even when a body is oblique is sewed to the other end. At the time of using, anything existing there such as material, a toolbox, a lunch box is used as a pillow stand, the bag 4 housing the pillow 5 is placed on it and a user lies down and put his/her head on it. Next, his/her eyes are covered with the belt 1 to shield from light.
