PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely adjust and fix the tip end locations of bristle bundles by a method wherein a large number of bristle bundles are passed by making passing holes on a stopper plate for adjustment, and the locations of passing holes on a brush base meet, and the tip ends of the bristle bundles are positioned, and excessive parts of the bristle bundles are taken up, and the stopper plate for adjustment is slid, and at the same time, a bristle pressing-fixing part is fitted on the brush base. SOLUTION: The locations of a large number of brush base passing holes 1a on a brush base 1, and the locations of a large number of passing holes 2a of a stopper plate for adjustment on the stopper plate 2 for adjustment are made to meet, and bristle bundles A are respectively passed. Then, the locations of the bristle tips are adjusted, and by sliding the stopper plate 2 for adjustment, the bristle bundles A are fixed by friction. In addition, a bristle pressing-fixing part 3 is pivotally moved by a hinge part 3a, and the bristle pressing-fixing part 3 is fitted on and fixed to the brush base 1, and the bristle bundles are fixed by being pressed further.
