FLAT BEARING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A flat bearing is provided to improve an abrasion resistance from the sliding layer formed by an electric beam evaporating method for extending a life span. CONSTITUTION: A flat bearing comprises:a perturbative layer(3) containing a surface a round prominence(6) and a depression(4) units; the depression unit occupying 30¯50 % of area from the whole area of the flat bearing in comparison to a horizontal section(7); and the sum of the area unit of the depression unit on the horizontal section locating in the same height with the sum of the corresponding area unit of the prominence unit.
