The clamp comprises a frame (1) and a clamping part (3) which is movable with respect to the frame. The clamping part is made for resilient plastic and constitutes an entity in which the spring force is determined by the legs (4, 5) mounted at the side turned away from the clamping side. The end of the leg (5) is located in a receiving part (7) of the frame. A bolt (13) is used to attach the frame and clamping part to the ceiling (16). The curtain rail (17) is snapped into place between the ends of the frame (2) and the clamping part (23).
