CONSTITUTION: The liquid crystal(I) has a characteristics as follows. Thus, a range of temperature where liquid crystal phase presents is wide, the minus value of anisotropy of dielectric constant is large, mutual solubility is excellent even at a low temperature, And it also can improve a steepness of voltage-transmissivity curve and a contrast by increasing the value of K33/K11 in a STN system, drop driving voltage, and make better a temperature response time and a contrast in the IPS system and VA system.
