FORMED PRODUCT USING SILICA AS MATERIALS

PURPOSE: A formed product is provided to be used as a supported catalyst to manufacture the unsaturated ester from olefin, organic acid and oxygen. CONSTITUTION: The formed product manufacturing method contains the steps of: homogenizing silica by giving water and an alkali ammonia aqueous solution, using the methyl hydroxyl ethyl cellulose, wax and polyethylene glycol; processing the silica under the mix process and the work process; extruding the silica; cutting the extruded material to a wanted length by using a cutting device; drying the material at a temperature of 20 to 150°C; and annealing the material at a temperature of 400 to 1200°C for thirty minutes or ten hours.
