CIRCUIT FOR PROGRAMMING AN ANTI FUSE

PURPOSE: A program circuit of an anti fuse is provided to improve a cost and a reliability by using an anti fuse so as to be capable of programming by a low power in a package level. CONSTITUTION: The program circuit comprises: an operation switch part(10) for precharging with a half power supply voltage(HVCC); an anti fuse(70) connected to the switch part(10), wherein an insulator of the fuse(70) is destructed when an excessive current flows through the fuse; a sense signal input part(20) for receiving a sense signal for confirming a programmed status of the anti fuse(70); an output part(60) for outputting the programming status of the fuse(70) according to a signal of the input part(20); a current interception part(40) for receiving the signal from the output part(60) to switch on/off a current path from a destruction power supply part(30) to the fuse(70); a latch part(50) for strongly stabilizing the fuse with the half power supply voltage(HVCC) according to the signal from the output part(60), wherein the anti fuse(70) is programmed in a package level so that a programmed result is confirmed.
