PURPOSE: An automatic ultrasonic wave test apparatus is provided, which can move itself to be no necessity for establishing a rail for moving a scanner, grasp a shape with third dimensional defect by only one scan which a plurality of probes simultaneously scan a welding portion, and provide a permanent record for maintenance and management later. CONSTITUTION: An automatic ultrasonic wave test apparatus comprises:a digital ultrasonic wave probe (370) for using a micro-Tomoscan; a transit device (310) for performing a moving operation according to a power and a drive signal of a certain motor drive device (380); probes to be attached to each probe holder for moving according to the weld bead by driving the transit device (310) to perform the ultrasonic probe; a motor driving device (380) for providing the motor driving signal and the driving power to the transit device (310); and a computer system (390) for receiving a signal to the result of ultrasonic probe through the digital ultrasonic probe (370) through the micro-Tomoscan (370) to analyze and for storing a certain data.
