<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly make a marking in a stable state, to avoid breaking and bending of a marking pen even if a sudden collision is caused, and to easily replace the marking pen. SOLUTION: A marking pen 51-attachable pen holder 47 is arranged on a torch head through, for example, a linear guide 41 having inside lubricating oil protected by a seal so as to be freely raised/lowered. An engaging plate 65 as the engaging part is arranged on a pen holder 47 through a holder bracket 63, the engaging plate 65 engages with the tip of a piston rod 59 of a holder raising/lowering cylinder 61 arranged on the torch head when raising/lowering the pen holder, and separates from the tip of the piston rod 59 on the lowering end of the pen holder 47. Since the pen holder 47 vertically freely moves on the lowering end even if a sudden collision is caused in the pen holder 47, it can immediately escape upward to avoid breaking and bending of a marking pen 51.</p> |
