MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR RESIN-COATED ALUMINUM ALLOY PLATE FOR DRAWING AND IRONING CAN

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a resin-coated aluminum alloy plate is provided to draw and to iron a can having a sufficient strength without a wall breakage. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method comprises:homogenization heat treating an aluminum alloy ingot containing 0.5¯2.0 wt% of manganese, 0.2¯2.0 wt% of magnesium, 0.05¯0.4 wt% of silicon, and under 0.7 wt% of iron; heat rolling the aluminum alloy ingot for obtaining a heat rolled aluminum alloy plate; and cooling after coating the both surfaces of the plate by using a thermoplastic resin.
