PURPOSE: A louver device is provided to possibly adjust manually for the louver installed in an inner frame to control completely the air current escaped from a unit. CONSTITUTION: A louver device contains:an air adjusting cabinet including a duct discharging an adjusted supplying air to a comport area; a fixed outer frame installed in the duct; a movable inner frame(30) installed by a pivot type in the outer frame for the inner frame to rotate around a horizontal shaft; and a driving instrument connected to the movable inner frame for location settling the inner frame adjustably around the horizontal shaft.
