PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a PET container having a heat resistance capable of using the container to put itself into a microwave oven, while retaining the transparency which enables to see through the inside. SOLUTION: A transparent polyethylene terephthalate sheet formed under the temperature condition in a crystallization range or below is biaxially oriented 1.5 to 2 times, and after the oriented sheet material is formed by a vacuum forming means under the temperature condition in the crystallization range or below, the formed product is rapidly cooled, thereby manufacturing a PET container which retains both the transparency and heat resistance. |
