PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat bondable polyester type resin laminated film having tough properties in a seal part after heat bonding (that is, having high strength and not destructed itself when the seal part is peeled) and capable of being easily torn in a pref. direction by applying proper force. SOLUTION: In a polyester type resin laminated film having a base material film comprising a polyester type resin and the heat bonding layer provided on at least the single surface of the base material film, the ratio of the stress of the base material film at a time of 50% elongation to that thereof at a time of 10% elogation is 1.2 or less.
