PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To embed bolt members that are effective against the ground involving springwater. SOLUTION: In a rock bolt method, a bore 12 is drilled and formed up to a specified length at the ground 10 involving springwater. As the bore 12 is formed, a bolt member 14 is inserted into and installed at the inside of the bore 12. After finishing of installation of the bolt member 14, a highly viscous anchoring material 18 is injected into the bore 12. This highly viscous anchoring material 18 is a viscous agent in high viscosity of 5,000 to 100,000 cPs. After finishing of injection of the highly viscous anchoring material 18, an anchoring plate 16 is mounted on the projecting end of the bolt member 14 and pressed against the surface of the ground 10, and thereby embedment of one piece of bolt member 14 is completed.
