PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a tape member easily and securely and make it unseparable and replaceable with other by providing recesses with an appropriate width on a wall, ceiling or floor made from a resin and forming the recesses smoothly. SOLUTION: A groove 1A and a rib 1B are provided at an equal interval on the surface or reverse of a wall 1. In addition, a smooth recess 1C is formed on the surface. The decorating property is increased by embossing the recess 1C on the surface side of the wall 1 to form slight irregularities. On that occasion, the recesses 1C is made wider than the groove 1A. An apron 2 is also formed in the same way as the wall 1. In addition,a recess 2C having the same width as a tape member 3 is provided nearly in the center of the wall 2. And then interior decorating property is increased only by applying the long tape member 3 horizontally to the recess 1C, 2C from end to end, thereby removing and replacing easily and reforming a bathroom or the like cheaply.
