PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing tool for a waterproof sheet excellent in durability in which deterioration of the fixing strength caused by rust or the like does not arise in an isolation process. SOLUTION: This fixing tool for a waterproof sheet is provided to fix a waterproof sheet made of synthetic resin on an object face on which the sheet is laid. The structure is provided with the waterproof sheet and a fixing part 2 fixed to an object face to be laid. The fixing part 2 is constituted of a core material 4 chiefly made of a tabular aluminum and a synthetic resin layer 5 laminated on the face to be fixed on at least the waterproof sheet of the core material 4.
