PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow speedy traveling-in/out of a hull. SOLUTION: Each of storage floors 2A-2C is provided with a plurality of storage lines 8 that transports a hull 5 through a pallet carrier 4 and has a storage space 3, storing lines 6 respectively connected with the front ends of storage lines 8, shipping lines 7 respectively connected with the rear ends of the storing lines 6, return lines 9 that are placed in a part of the storage lines 8 and transport the hull from the shipping lines 7 to the storing line 6, and a storing/shipping portion 11 placed in cross portions between these return lines 9 and storing lines 6. Turning table devices 14 for turning only moving direction of the pallet carrier 4 by 90 deg. are respectively placed in cross portions of respective lines, and a storing and shipping crane device 16 that can hoist, and store or ship the hull 5 between a berthing position and the storing/shipping portion 11 is placed a storing/shipping space 15 above the storing/shipping portion 11 on each storage floor.
