PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device which is excellent in the layout of car body side members, and which has high degrees of freedom to set the changing characteristic of camber, although the upper link is abolished. SOLUTION: With a lateral link member 5, one end is attached to a car-body side member so that the lateral link member can be rotated around an axis (n) extending about across the width of a vehicle, and the other end is attached to a wheel supporting body 2 so that the lateral link member can be rotated around the other axis (m) extending about across the width of the vehicle. Then, both the axes (n, m) are adapted to have an intersection point S on the side to which the respective axes extend inside the vehicle, in a plane view of the vehicle.
