PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a thermal effect and to suppress vibration without requiring the design change of a frame by fitting a bracket to the lower section of the engine of a motorcycle, and providing steps on a step bar fitted to it via a vibration control material. SOLUTION: Steps 28, 28 made of an elastic body are provided at both ends of a step bar 27 fitted by bolts 24 via a vibration control material 23 to a bracket 22 fitted by bolts 21 to the lower section of an engine 7. When the bracket 22 is fixed by four bolts 21, the annular groove of the vibration control material 23 is inserted into the fitting hole of the step bar 27, and the bolts 24 inserted into collars 26 are screwed with the prescribed fastening force. The vibration of the engine 7 transferred to the vibration control material 23 from the bracket 22 is absorbed by the vibration control material 23 via a vibration absorbing action, and the vibration transferred to the step bar 27 can be weakened. The conduction heat to the bracket 22 from the engine 7 is discharged into the atmosphere by a first plate-like section 22a having a large surface area, and the thermal effect on the vibration control material 23 can be eliminated. |
