PURPOSE: A defrosting heater protecting device is provided to make the structure simple, assemble easily and accurately and hold tight the rest part when the defrosting heater is broken. CONSTITUTION: The defrosting heater protecting device comprises:a horizontal plate(100) formed the size that is corresponded to the length of a defrosting heater(40) in horizontal direction of a lower cover(30); a supporter(106) forming a ring shaped recessed groove(108) to fix both ends of the defrosting heater to be inserted, and forming each fixing part(104) on the upper part; and a side part recessed groove(110) forming both side faces of the horizontal plate to be curvedly recessed on the inner side.
