PURPOSE: To have a high impact resistance to use in producing pipes, window frames, etc. by compressed molding. CONSTITUTION: The composition compromises a graft copolymer (A) to be obtained by polymerizing 50 to 90 % of rubber latex solid having the glass transition temperature of 0°C or below and producing it by polymerizing 50 to 100 % of butadiene and/or alkyl acrylate, 0 to 40 % of aromatic vinyl monomer, 0 to 10 % of vinyl monomer, and 0 to 5 % of polyfunctional monomer, with 10 to 50 % mixture of 10 to 100 % of alkyl methacrylate, 0 to 90 % of aromatic vinyl monomer, 0 to 25 % of vinyl cyanide monomer, and 0 to 20 of vinyl monomer, and the copolymer (A) has the average particle size of at least 0.15 micro m., and a graft copolymer (B) having the average particle size of 0.05 to 0.13 micro m. and obtained by polymerizing 50 to 90 % of rubber latex solid with 10 to 50 % of mixture, and vinyl chloride (C). The weight ratio of copolymer (A) to copolymer (B) is 50/50 to 95/5, and the weight ratio of the total of copolymer (A) and copolymer (B) to vinyl chloride resin (C) is 1/99 to 30/70.
