PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a cap from being dropped when an airbag body is expanded and developed in a vehicle incapable of ensuring a tag storage space, and to reduce cost. SOLUTION: A seat part 76B of a cap 76 is held between a bottom part 58A of a recessed part 58 of a garnish 32 and a head part 72A of a bolt 72. A lid part 76G is integrated with a peripheral edge part on a tip side of a longitudinal wall part 76C of the cap 76 through an integral hinge 76F, and an engagement claw 76H is projected from a back side of the tip part of the lid part 76G. The engagement claw 76H is engaged with an engagement hole 78 formed in a pillar garnish 32.
