摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inhibiting the absorption of the fats or fatty oils of mayonnaises, dressings, fries, etc., from intestinal canals and for exreting a part of the fats or fatty oils outside the body. SOLUTION: When mayonnaises, fries, etc., are prepared, a calcium compound such as calcined bovine bone calcium, calcium sulfate, calcium acetate, calcium lactate, calcium malate, calcium citrate or calcium tartarate is added. When an ordinary mayonnaises, fries, etc., are eaten, the calcium compound is simultaneously taken. Even when the mayonnaises, the dressings, the curry roux, etc., are taken in large amounts, fatty acids are bound to the calcium in the intestinal canal to produce fatty acid calcium salts insoluble in the intestinal juice, whereby the fats or the fatty oils can not be absorbed.
