PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cloth laminate suitable for forming a protecting garment or the like of a motorcycle driver, having high abrasion resistance, and capable of allowing a chemical treatment such as coloring. SOLUTION: This cloth laminate 20 has a functional layer having waterproof and moisture-permeable properties, and at least one cloth layer laminated on one face of the functional layer. The cloth layer is made of the first yarn, and the first yarn has a core composed of a core yarn having a high longitudinal tensile strength, and a sheath composed of a sheath material having high abrasion-resistant properties, and arranged around the core. Preferably, the sheath of the yarn is spun around the core, and the core has >0.8 cN/dtex longitudinal tensile strength and is composed of an aramid fiber, a polyamide fiber, a polyethylene fiber or the like.
