SOLUTION: This arm cover for an infant is the cylindrical arm cover 1 having openings at both ends and made of a nylon, and characterized by having one opening part 2a slightly larger than the opening part 2b at the other end, inserting rubber 3 in both of the ends and being made of a polyethylene.
