PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for pulverizing and distributing a plastic material, especially a material capable of being pulverized and transported by a pump, especially a mechanically dehydrated slurry, for the slurry to be sent with fixed quantity to the downstream device such as a drier as the fine pieces of about the same size. SOLUTION: This pulverizing and distributing device has two members forming a clearance 4 through which the material to be pulverized and distributed is transported outward, and one between the two members forming the clearance 4 is rotatable. At least one between the two members forming the clearance 4 is provided with at least one recess on the surface facing the clearance 4, and the recess starts from a part close to a rotating shaft 10 and extends toward the periphery of the member having the recess.
