PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp an actually dispensed number of balls by a game control means, and speedily perform a winning ball process without decreasing winning ball processing speed. SOLUTION: In a ball dispensing device 97, a winning ball mechanism part and a ball lending mechanism part are separately formed. A part to conduct control of a game is thus capable of separately monitoring a winning ball number. In the winning ball mechanism part, two ball supply passages 281a, 281b are formed, and in the ball lending mechanism part, one ball supply passage 281c is provided. Ball dispersing ability of the winning ball mechanism part is, therefore, higher than that of the ball lending mechanism part.
