PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulky rice transplanter capable of readily carrying out operations such as cleaning of a feed case part at the lower side of a fertilizing machine, removal of a residual fertilizer from the bottom of the fertilizing machine, etc. by liftably fitting the fertilizing machine to a specific position. SOLUTION: In this sulky rice transplanter in which a transplanting part is installed at the rear part of a traveling vehicle and a fertilizing machine 36 is installed at the rear part and ahead the transplanting part, the fertilizing machine 36 is liftably attached to the rear part of the traveling vehicle. In the operation, preferably a pair of strut members installed at the front and the rear of a feed case of the fertilizing machine 36 are preferably arranged symmetrically. The right and left width of the body frame of the traveling vehicle and that of a bas frame 53 of the fertilizing machine 36 are formed in the approximately same dimension. A right and a left strut members are preferably stood at both the sides of the base frame 53.
