PURPOSE: Furan diarylmethylidene derivatives of formula (I) and the rapeutical use thereof, particularly as anti-inflammatory and antalgic medicaments are provided. CONSTITUTION: A compound of formula as shown as (I) thereof wherein: Ring A and B represent respectively phenyl radical and naphthyl radical; X1, X2 or Y1, Y2 represent methylen-dioxy radical; R1, R2, R3 and R4 represent respectively hydrogen atom, halogen atom, lower alkyl radical containing 1-6 carbon atoms, lower halo-alkyl radical containing 1-6 carbon atoms, aromatic radical selected from group formed by phenyl, naphthyl, thenyl, furyl or pyridyl; R1, R2 or R3, R4 represent oxygen atom and form saturated hydrocarbon ring containing 3-7 carbons. |
