PURPOSE: A process and device which improves a spraying-scope and blast pressure of water(atomized liquid extinguishing agent) by injecting liquified inert gas(CO2 gas) into water to form aerosol. CONSTITUTION: Liquified inert extinguishing agent(water) with the pressure of 8-10 BAR is conveyed through a pipe line which has a non-return-valve(9) to a dispenser(3). Liquified dioxide gas is conveyed through a pipe line which has a pressure controller comprising a cutoff and a control valve(8) to a dispenser(3). Liquified dioxide gas which is injected into water with a volume ratio of CO2 to water being less than 4% forms aerosol in the dispenser and aerosol is sprayed through fire hose nozzle(5). The fire nozzle comprising a detector(7) and an analysis instrument(7) is connected with at least one controller to control an amount of liquified inert gas sprayed within the scope of fire extinguishing. |
