PURPOSE: A medium managing device is provided to arrange even the medium set having various thickness and length at a specific place of a standard guide in a simple structure and in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A medium managing device comprises:a pair of delivering rollers for delivering the medium inserted; a printer performing printing on the medium; a standard guide(4) established to regulate the end part of the medium; a horizontal sensor(7) for detecting if the medium exists near the standard guide; plural shift rollers(1,2); a releasing lever(9) for releasing the support of the medium; a control circuit(27) for controlling the medium to shift to the horizontal guide side. |
