METHOD OF DISPLAYING A SCREEN OF A PDP TELEVISION

PURPOSE: A method of displaying a screen of a PDP(Plasma Display Panel) television set is provided to process a PDP screen of a channel, on which a broadcast signal is not provide, with a predetermined color or image. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: detecting a broadcast signal on a channel with a tuner(100); determining whether the broadcast signal on the channel exists or not; displaying the detected broadcast signal on the PDP screen when the broadcast signal exists; and displaying a predetermined color signal or image on the PDP screen when the broadcast signal does not exist. Thereby, it is possible to provide a watcher with a comfort screen by displaying a comfort color or image signal on the PDP screen instead of a noise signal when the broadcast signal does not exist.
